Sarah Campbell

Writer. Director. Storyteller.

Sarah has been involved in over 60 student, community, and independent theatre productions over the last decade, developing her passion for directing at Macquarie Musical Society, where she’s now a lifetime member.

Her directing credits include ‘Penpals - A New Queer Musical’, ‘Jukebox - The Musical’, ‘First Date’, ‘Back to the 80s’, ‘Worlds Away’, ‘Into the Woods’, and ‘Be More Chill’. She recently completed the Director’s Studio at NIDA.

A graduate of Macquarie University’s Master of Creative Writing, Sarah loves words in all their forms and has written for theatre, podcasts, and more. Her first full-length musical ‘Jukebox – The Musical’ took to the stage early in 2017, and her second ‘108 Dahlia Avenue’ had its workshop showing in October 2018. Having previously completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, by day Sarah works as a content and product designer at Australian tech company Atlassian and spends her free time crafting and watering her plants.

Megan Robinson

Performer. Composer. Creative.

Meg is a dedicated performer and passionate writer with over a decade of immersion in Sydney's vibrant theatre scene. They recently had their professional on-stage debut as Maya in ATYP’s ‘Converted!’ a comedy disco musical by Vic Zerbst & Oliver John Cameron.

Some of her past on-stage credits include Callie (Penpals), Brooke (Be More Chill), Samantha Brown (The Mad Ones), Martha (Spring Awakening), and Campbell (Bring It On).

Beyond the stage, Megan finds immense joy in the creating theatre and has assumed various production roles, including as Assistant Director (Into the Woods), Costume Designer (Be More Chill, Penpals) and Composer/Music Director (Waiting).

With a passion for songwriting, Meg is a self-taught musician, having worked on a number of short, original musicals before writing and composing her own show, ‘Penpals’, creating a musical that resonated with her journey as a queer individual navigating the world.
